COATING UNDERWATER STRUCTURE IN SPLASH ZONE OF THE OIL RIGS

From 20.04.2024, the Offshore Diver Team of Nemo Pro Diving has started the works to cover the Splash Zone area on the legs and diagonals of the Oil Rigs for RIG Services S.A.. The work is based on an advanced technological solution promoted by the contractor, consisting of cleaning, cutting, polishing, and coating with state-of-the-art materials the areas exposed to corrosion of the legs and its reinforced diagonals.
The complexity of the work is given by the coordination of underwater operations with aerial operations and the large number of elements have to be processed.
