DAMS UNDERWATER WORKS
POIANA UZULUI DAM

Client: UZINSIDER GENERAL CONTRACTOR SA Bucharest.
Execution period: April – December 2023.
The work involved performing complex underwater operations using various specialized commercial diving technologies. The services rendered included uncapping with the airlift, using parachutes and cranes to remove objects, and using cutting, welding, grinding, and drilling tools to remove protective gratings. The next step was to seal the adduction holes by constructing large cofferdams, allowing for cleaning and repair work on the adduction complex. Finally, the cofferdams were removed and new protective grilles were installed at the inlets. The successful completion of this complex work and the client's recognition of our professionalism have encouraged our company to take on similar projects in the future.
